What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with an experienced crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Included items can vary depending on the type of rental — for example, sunset outings come with gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while business rentals offer meeting amenities and tailored catering services.
When should I make my booking?
To secure your spot, we advise booking your yacht at least 2–3 weeks in advance, more so during the high season from May to September. For business affairs or private festivities, making arrangements 4–6 weeks ahead provides better selection and customization opportunities.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should the captain determine that the weather is unsuitable for sailing, we'll propose a new date or issue a complete refund. We stay informed about upcoming weather forecasts and if we anticipate questionable conditions, we will reach out to you 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, you are free to bring your food and beverages aboard. We also provide excellent culinary services and can tailor the menu to your liking. Note that for everyone's safety, glass containers aren't allowed on the vessel.
Do you accommodate guests with limited mobility?
We endeavor to provide access for all guests. We have vessels that are more equipped than others to serve those with mobility limitations. To assist you effectively, please let us know your specific needs at the time of booking, so we can recommend the most suitable yacht and make any necessary preparations.
Can you explain your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations received more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund applies. If the cancellation occurs between 24 and 72 hours ahead of departure, there's a 50% reimbursement. Cancellations within 24 hours before departure are ordinarily not refundable, unless the reason is adverse weather or mechanical issues attributable to us.
